How did you become an office salesperson with DV GROUP?

I started working with DV GROUP 12 years ago, having applied for a job as a sales assistant on a fixed-term contract. At the end of my contract, the regional manager offered me a permanent contract because the sales team in Metz was looking to expand. I was delighted and accepted the job immediately. Today, I’ve evolved and now have work as an office salesperson.

What would you say if you had to explain your job to a child?

To a child, I would explain that I help toy manufacturers repair the machines and tools they use to make presents.

What do you like about your job?

What I like about my job is my independence, my working environment and my contact with customers.

What term best describes your job?

The word which best describes my job is service because I work to serve our customers. But that’s also a state of mind: I work by giving our customers “a service”.

What was your dream job?

I’ve always dreamed of being an architect!

Where do you see yourself in ten years’ time?

I would very much like to live close to the sea, so why not open a DV Group agency in Biarritz?

What has DV GROUP brought you?

My development within DV GROUP, as well as the versatility my job as an office salesperson offers me, have allowed me to have training in the technical aspects of the trade, which facilitates my discussions with my colleagues and my customers and that’s not insignificant in such a complex and specific field.

I have also been able to learn about working as part of a team, from a technical, logistical and commercial point of view.
