What is your function at the company, and how did you get to this position?

I joined the company as an apprentice and worked my way up to workshop manager. At the same time, I took courses at a higher institute of technology. After graduating, my first job was to supervise an area and train apprentices. Currently, I am the ERP system administrator, and I am responsible for setting up internal processes for repairs and components storage.

 

What is your company’s field of activity and what are your main tasks?

We are a manufacturer in the paper industry. I work in the E-technology department. I am responsible of the entire process, from detecting faults in production to ordering new parts or organizing repairs, up to final reinstallation in the machine.

 

In what context did you need our services?

We have called on your services to repair our servomotors. Historically, we worked with a manufacturer for these repairs, but their lead times extended from 3 to 6 months, which did not suit our needs. We looked for a faster alternative. We turned to you, and we don’t regret it!

You have already successfully repaired three of our engines, and we have six more products for you. You are quick and efficient. These qualities are essential to keep our production running.

How would you rate our services?

We are very satisfied. Everything works fine and there have been no breakdowns since the repair. The motor has been in service for about a month and is running like new. Our company is very satisfied with DV GROUP’s services.
