What is your position in the company?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

I am the head of the maintenance department and in charge of machine maintenance, more precisely electrical and mechanical. In order to carry out this mission, I am daily surrounded by a team of seven.<\/p>\n

What is the main core of Meleghy Automotive ? <\/strong><\/h4>\n

We are an automotive supplier and produce pressed parts and joining assemblies. Most of our equipment is composed of presses and various robotized installations. We can press up to 1000 tonnes with our machines and work with many Robotized welding installations for spot welding and MAG. We produce a wide variety of assemblies, from simple to more complex automotive parts, as well as bonding or riveting.<\/p>\n

To which extent do you work with DV Group? <\/strong><\/h4>\n

We have been working with DV Group since 2019 on electronic components, mainly from Siemens. Being obsolete, we are facing component failures. That’s why we are engaging with the Dv group in terms of repairment. Meanwhile, manufacturer solutions becomes more expensive and time-consuming, we do not hesitate to seek your expertise. As we collaborate more and more, you have demonstrated your efficiency, rapidity, and professionalism.<\/p>\n

Can you tell us something about our last cooperation? How did it go?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Our last cooperation was the repair of frequency converters, which broke down over the weekend. The defective units were picked up on Saturday from our workshop and then promptly delivered back as brand new. So far, it has always worked smoothly. We are especially satisfied with your responsiveness, given the cost of a broken-down machine, which is extremely costly. This it\u2019s essential for our company that the repaired parts function properly.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n

De plus, nous avions d\u00e9j\u00e0 collabor\u00e9 avec d’autres entreprises mais \u00e7a n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 un succ\u00e8s car les produits qui revenaient chez nous \u00e9taient toujours d\u00e9fectueux. C\u2019est pourquoi nous appr\u00e9cions particuli\u00e8rement vos bancs d\u2019essais qui permettent de tester les produits en conditions r\u00e9elles avant leurs retours en usines.<\/p>\n

Avez-vous d’autres projets pr\u00e9vus avec DV GROUP ?<\/strong><\/h4>\n
